WEST POINT Security/Getting on Post
Visitors: If you are not a Department of Defense issued identification card holder you must obtain an Automated Installation Entry (AIE) by filling out an AIE Credential Request Form and visiting our Visitor Control Center at 2107 New South Post Road, West Point, NY 10996, Tel: (845) 938-0390 or (845) 938-0392. The Visitor Control Center is open Monday-Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. When the Visitor Control Center is closed, visitors will be directed to proceed to Stony Lonesome Gate for a background check and temporary pass. If you do not have a Department of Defense issued identification card, you will be considered one of three categories: Escorted Visitors, Foreign Visitors and Unescorted Visitors. A current driver’s license or passport will suffice for identification, but effective October 1, 2020 driver’s licenses and identification cards from specific territories and states that do not comply with the REAL ID Act of 2005 are not to be used as the sole source for identity verification to access Federal installations. When the Visitor Control Center is closed, visitors will be directed by electronic signs to proceed to the Thayer Gate.

West Point Access for Ike Hall Shows
For Ike Hall Performances, West Point requires that ALL ticket holders, age 16 and older, present a photo ID in order to enter the security gates.
IDs required to enter West Point must be compliant with the Real ID Act of 2005.
In the state of NY, that is an Enhanced or Real ID. More info: REAL ID | Homeland Security
A United States Passport also an acceptable form of ID to enter West Point.
If you have government issued ID that is not Real ID compliant, a secondary form of ID, such as a United States Passport, is required.
There may be times when visitors may need to pass through additional security measures prior to entering West Point.
Foreign Visitors, without a United States issued ID that is compliant with Real ID Act, who only possess a passport from their home country, are prohibited from entering West Point, unescorted.
Foreign visitors with a passport from their home country can enter West Point under escort of someone with a Department of Defense (DoD) ID Card, the foreign visitor must remain with the escort the entire time they are on the base.
All visitors must always carry their ID with them while on post. Please inform ALL members of your party and plan accordingly.
Arrival Time and Parking Information
Come early! Traffic and parking near the Theatre become congested prior to showtime. FREE Parking is available in lots near the river, adjacent to the theatre. Plan to arrive at least one hour prior to curtain.

Located on Ike Hall's 2nd Floor, is a fully operational Café. Menu selections include hot entrees, salads, soups, burgers and sandwiches. Open two hours prior to all season subscription performances.

Come join us for dinner before the show, arrive early, and avoid the rush! Enjoy a delicious buffet in a relaxed casual atmosphere overlooking the majestic Hudson River. Mamie's Buffet features a delightful menu prepared by our Culinary Executive team. It includes dessert, coffee, and Cocktail service. Mamie’s Theatre Buffet opens 2 ½ hours prior to all Ike Hall Season performances.
